The space

NEW 6 person HOTTUB! Welcome to our beautiful four bedroom home located on a private road just minutes away from the New River Gorge National Park! Our home is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of white water rafting, hiking, or exploring the park.

The house features four spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom has a new king-sized memory foam bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The other three bedrooms each have a new queen-sized memory foam bed and share a full bathroom. (One bedroom is located on the main floor)

The main living area of the house is open and airy, with plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding woods. The living room features comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of outdoor activities. The dining area offers a cozy fireplace and a coffee bar! The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group, and there is a large dining table that seats eight.

One of the highlights of our home is the awesome game room, located on the lower level of the house. The game room includes a pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board table, skee-ball and a large flat-screen TV. You can also play one of many of our board games!

Outside, there is a large deck with a grill and plenty of seating in our all weather Amish table. Enjoy the beautiful views of the woods and fresh mountain air. The house is located on a private road, so you'll have plenty of peace and quiet during your stay. And plenty of deer to view.

Our home is just a short drive away from the New River Gorge National Park, where you can enjoy world-class white water rafting, hiking, rock climbing and other outdoor activities. We're also close to local restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The house says in a very private wooded area but only 1 mile from town. There's also a drive-in movie theater that is less than a half a mile away.

In the winter months (Nov-March) a 4x4 vehicle is needed to get up the hill if there is snow and ice. Also be mindful of the 9 mph speed limit on the private road. :)

Guest access

You'll have access to the entire house (except one room in the basement) and patio outside in the back along with being on a 2 acre lot.

Additional notes

Our internet is ok, if everyone is steaming videos it will get slow. Keep in mind, the master bedrooms is located upstairs along with 2 other bedrooms but one bedroom is located on the main floor. There is also a futon in the living room that can sleep 2. There are two driveways with plenty of parking.

No Smoking of any kind inside
No Excessive guests
No partying of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community.
Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM!
Pick up after animals.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING.
Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
**Smoking in the home: $150
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $50
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per quest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150
**All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.
