The space

We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All
linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces are sanitized with every clean. If you are visiting for relaxation or adventure, you will instantly get the vibe that you are in the mountains when you step into the entryway of this home. This spacious home offers a large living room (with a fireplace), a dining room to enjoy family meals, a half bathroom, a laundry room and a well stocked kitchen with all the equipment (including a coffee bar) that you'll need to prepare meals after a long day of enjoying all that New River Gorge has to offer.

If you have business you need to tend to while you're visiting, enjoy the 1000 mbps internet and the workstation downstairs.

As you make your way upstairs, you will find a bedroom that is be perfect for children or adults that has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen memory foam bed, the 3rd bedroom also has a memory foam bed, a full bathroom and the 4th bedroom is a king with memory foam with ensuite so you can have your own private full bathroom with a vanity.
Each room is uniquely decorated to give you the feeling that you are in your own private sanctuary. Each bedroom has a smart Roku TV.

When you step on the private back patio you can make your way to the fire pit where you can kick your feet up and relax and cookout on the grill. Afterwards you can enjoy the peaceful night sky and keep an eye out for wildlife that may be passing by. There is a 6 person amish made patio set, 5 adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit and a 5 person hot tub. It is the perfect oasis to unwind and recharge after your long day at the National Park. In the morning, you can take advantage of the coffee bar to make the perfect cup of joe, whether you prefer a Keurig or a Regular Coffee pot, you can enjoy it on the oversized front porch with Cracker Barrel rocking chairs before you head out for your day.

The home is equipped to host up to 10 guests. Two in each room upstairs and two downstairs on day bed and trundle. In an effort to secure the property, we've installed a Ring doorbell on the front door and a Ring floodlight on the garage. This is a very safe neighborhood, but this helps us keep an eye on the property..

Guest access

You'll have access to the entire house (except the garage) and patio outside in the back along with being on a half acre lot.

Additional notes

Our internet is excellent. Keep in mind, all bedrooms are located upstairs but there are accommodations downstairs as well (sleeper day bed and trundle both twin). There is a driveway with plenty of parking.

No partying of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community.
Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM!
Pick up after animals.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING.
Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
**Smoking in the home: $150
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $50
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per quest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150
**All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.
